1. The 180-day money-back guarantee
Every VIRESMED order is backed by a 180-day money-back guarantee from the original date of purchase. If, for any reason, you're not 100% satisfied with your results — or your experience — you can request a full refund.
This guarantee applies whether you've used one bottle or all six. Empty bottles are eligible. Half-full bottles are eligible. We trust you.
2. How to request a refund
The process is simple:
- Step 1. Email support@viresmed.com within 180 days of your purchase with your order number and the reason for return (optional but helpful for us to improve).
- Step 2. Our support team will reply within 24 hours with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return mailing address.
- Step 3. Ship your product (any quantity, used or unused) to the address provided. Be sure to write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Step 4. Once we receive the package, your refund is processed within 48 hours.
3. What you'll be refunded
You will receive a refund for the full purchase price of the product. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, as those costs are paid to our shipping partners.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take 3-10 business days to appear in your account after we process it.
4. Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service so you can confirm delivery. VIRESMED is not responsible for return packages lost in transit without tracking.
5. What qualifies as a return
The following are all eligible for a refund under our 180-day guarantee:
- Unopened, sealed bottles
- Opened bottles, partially used
- Completely empty bottles
- Any combination of the above from a single order
6. What is NOT eligible
- Requests made more than 180 days after the original purchase date.
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.) — VIRESMED is only sold through our official website. Counterfeits from third parties are not eligible.
- The cost of original or return shipping (only the product cost is refunded).
7. Damaged or wrong items
If your package arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days at support@viresmed.com. Please include a photo of the issue. We'll ship a free replacement immediately, no need to return the original.
8. Subscription cancellations
If you're enrolled in our subscription program, you can cancel anytime by logging into your account or emailing support@viresmed.com. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next shipment.
Subscription orders are still covered by the 180-day guarantee from the date each shipment was charged.
9. Refund processing time
Once we receive your return, your refund is processed within 48 hours. The funds will appear in your account within 3-10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
10. Exchanges
We currently sell a single product (VIRESMED Advanced Prostate Formula), so traditional exchanges aren't applicable. If you'd like to upgrade from a 1-bottle order to a 3 or 6-bottle pack, contact us within 7 days of your order and we'll do our best to accommodate before shipping.
