1. Processing time
All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your package is on its way.
2. Domestic shipping (United States)
- Standard shipping (3-5 business days): Flat rate of $9.95, or FREE with the 6-bottle package.
- Expedited shipping (2-3 business days): $19.95 — available at checkout.
- Priority shipping (1-2 business days): $29.95 — available at checkout.
Delivery estimates begin from the day your order ships, not the day you place the order. We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location.
3. International shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7-21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
- Canada: $14.95, 5-10 business days
- UK, EU, Australia, NZ: $19.95, 7-14 business days
- Other countries: Rates calculated at checkout, 10-21 business days
Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These are not included in the shipping cost.
4. Order tracking
Every order comes with full tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package's progress in real time.
If you don't see your shipping confirmation email within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact support@viresmed.com.
5. Discreet packaging
We respect your privacy. All VIRESMED orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging. There is nothing on the outside of the box that identifies the contents or our brand. Only you and our shipping team know what's inside.
6. Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package and, if needed, ship a replacement.
If your package arrives damaged, please email a photo of the damaged box and contents to support@viresmed.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement immediately.
7. Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping ($9.95 within the U.S., higher internationally).
If you notice an error in your address, contact us within 1 hour of placing the order at support@viresmed.com, and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.
8. Restricted destinations
We are currently unable to ship to a small number of countries due to import restrictions on dietary supplements. If you're unsure whether we can ship to your location, contact us before placing your order.
9. Subscriptions
If you sign up for our subscription program, each refill order ships automatically on the same date each month and follows the same processing and delivery timeline as a standard order. You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account.
